These Terms of Use set out the basic conditions for using Retter, a matching application provided by Ideapp, LLC. Users must use the service in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and the rules separately presented in the application.

Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information and properly managing their account credentials. The company may refuse registration, suspend use, or delete an account if a user violates these terms or if the company reasonably determines that continued use is inappropriate.

- Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful purposes. - Impersonating another person or submitting false information. - Posting content that infringes rights, violates public order, or harms other users. - Reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with service operation, or unauthorized access.

Paid plans, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are provided under the conditions displayed in the app or store at the time of purchase. Cancellations, renewals, refunds, and billing procedures may be governed by the rules of the App Store or Google Play.

The company may modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the service when necessary. The company is not liable for damages except where required by applicable law.
