Yes. Because messages can be exchanged after a match is made, Retter verifies that users are 18 or older for safety and legal compliance.

You can change it from email address settings. Verification is required after the change.

Retter does not use ordinary likes or swipes. A match is made only when the recipient correctly enters the secret phrase set for a letter. This prevents random matching and supports intentional connections based on memories and words.

The secret phrase is a keyword set for the letter. Attempts are limited, so if you cannot remember it, please wait for another letter.

Draft letters can be edited before sending. Deleted letters cannot be restored.

Blocked users can be reviewed from settings and unblocked if needed.

Purchase history can be checked from settings. It may take some time to appear.

Receipts are handled through the purchase history of the App Store or Google Play. They are not issued inside the app.

Purchases can be restored when using the same Apple ID or Google account.
